Founding profile under verification

The person behind the byline will be named only with verifiable details

The first release uses an editorial-desk byline. A personal recovery story, academic credential or professional title will not be published until the individual has approved the wording and supplied evidence that can be checked.

Why the project exists

Casino scam searches often lead to two extremes: promotional reviews that call everything safe, or angry posts that call everything fraud. Australians need a third option that records what is known, what is alleged and what remains unresolved.

Lived experience and privacy

Gambling harm can involve debt, secrecy, relationship pressure and threats from unregulated operators. Contributors may use a disclosed pen name for safety, but the site will not turn anonymity into a false degree, licence or clinical claim.

What the desk does

  • Checks Australian regulator records first.
  • Builds complaint timelines instead of copying star ratings.
  • Requests correction evidence from named businesses.
  • Separates consumer safety from casino marketing.
  • Maintains direct links to Australian support resources.

What it does not do

The editorial desk does not provide therapy, legal advice, financial advice or gambling services. It does not guarantee that a company is safe and does not accept payment to remove accurate regulator records.

Corrections

Send a source URL, document date and a precise description of the disputed statement to editorial@bestcasinoguide.top. Evidence is reviewed against the same rules used for the original article.
